Hunting the Legend – Movie Review

Hunting the Legend
Stars: Christopher Copeland, Hannah Wallace, Jeff Causey
Director: Justin Steeley
IMDB Rating: 3.0

Plot: In 2008, a deer hunter was taken by something in the Alabama woods. Only his rifle, blood and a 16″ footprint were left behind… Five years later, his son seeks revenge.

Review: There has been a wave of “found footage films” of late. Films involving ghosts, demons, aliens, abductions, and now Bigfoot… I could only manage to sit and watch the first 20 minute of this badly done film, and that was it for me. I will spare you the turmoil of watching this and just say that the story is about Chris, whose father was allegedly killed and dragged off into the woods during a hunting trip, leaving young Chris scarred for life. Years later, he gathers together a small group of people and venture into the wilderness in search of the legendary Bigfoot.

Boring and tedious is all I can say. Save yourself the time and watch Sharknado 2 instead.

Verdict: Not Another Found Footage P.O.C
My Rating: -10 out of 10.
