Julie Castle has always had a love affair with the written word. As a
child growing up in a small town, she loved visiting the local
library, a converted gilded age mansion, and getting lost between the
pages of a book. The drafty old mansion could be a spooky place, but
she still loved it. She enjoyed poking into behind the scenes areas
