TINDER TALES Media Release

Tinder Tales – A New Australian Musical

Do you believe in love at first swipe?

Presented by Something Blue Productions

Fresh from it’s sold out premier season at the 2018 Melbourne International Comedy Festival, ‘Tinder Tales – A New Australian Musical’ is back for a second date!

Eadie Tinder Bio

Written by Mattie Mcleod and Thomas Bradford, ‘Tinder Tales‘ tells the story of Abby, a hopeless romantic so stuck in her own head that she can’t simply date someone. When Abby meets a guy who she thinks is ‘The One’, we not only see the effect their blossoming relationship has on her self-esteem, but also the affect her self-esteem has on her relationship. Her Insecurities and Doubts manifest themselves as characters, her Mother’s helpful advice haunts her and just when it seems like it can’t get any worse, Dr. Over-Analyze comes out to play.

Tinder Tales is presented in one act with a catchy pop score, heavily stylized movement and melodramatic fantasies. This raunchy original show delights in satirizing both romantic comedies and online dating, even as it succumbs to all their worst tropes. Through the lense of digital dating, the show explores anxiety, sexuality, love and mental health in a modern age.

We invite you to be a part of a world that is as comical as it is touching, and as cringe-inducing as it is relatable. With direction by Clary Riven, choreography by Kirra Sibel and musical direction by Thomas Bradford, ‘Tinder Tales – A New Australian Musical‘ is proudly presented by Something Blue Productions.

New T-shirt Reveal

Here is my beautiful wife, Grace, modeling the new T-shirt we have here in Naga City, Philippines.

ASJ Publishing has some exciting developments coming up over the next few months, so stay tuned for further developments!

While we are talking Naga, Grace and I had the privilege of meeting some new friends last night at The Coffee Table. Glenda and Choi. Glenda is from Manila, and is only here in Naga for a short time, meeting some colleagues and networking as part of her business, IAM Worldwide.

Glenda and Choi were absolutely awesome to hang with, and were quite interested in our TV Series, Creatives On The Couch. I even got to autograph a couple of my business cards 🙂

The Coffee Table is a small cafe, located at the ADC Hotel. Prices are very reasonable, and food is absolutely delicious! I had the bacon, mushroom and cheese toasted sandwiches, while Grace had a huge portion of Banana Split! (No pics for you lol. Next time though)

Glenda showed us an opportunity with IMWorldwide. Although we are actively looking at other options with what we are doing with ASJ Publishing, I was quite impressed with the Pure Organic Barley.

Apparently, the health benefits of barley grass include relief from ulcerative colitis, prevention and treatment of cancer, strengthening of immune system, cleansing and detoxification of the body, protection from radiation and cellular damage, ability to fight addiction and regenerate damaged cells and tissues. It maintains healthy skin, acid-alkali balance, contributes in the bone metabolism, promotes agility and exerts rejuvenating effects on the entire body.

For those who know what it is like to have a child with ADHD, the plethora of medications docs prescribe are hit and miss. For my son, it has been a roller-coaster ride of failed medication after medication. So for Grace and I, we are going to measure the results of this product and will update on this in a month.

Today was the first day that our son had the product. Time will tell if it works or not. We are hoping it does. If it does, then I will be updating on where to buy!

Anyway, it is AFL Grand Final time! Richmond Tigers vs Adelaide Crows. While I have mates in South Aussie, (and although I am not a Tigers fan), I am hoping the Tigers win this one. Like the team I follow (Footscray Bulldogs), this has been a long time coming for the Tigers!

The new Darkness Visible video – “Eat Me!” went live May 9th. But first, a warning – it is not for the easily offended. It has sacrilegious themes and some off concepts. Proceed at your own risk, and share it with friends if you dare!

Darkness Visible are now working on their 9th music video – Breaking Point. Here is the site to keep up to date with the progress
